Ask The Octoblob

Just like the original Magic 8 Ball, Octoblob
can only answer yes/no questions.

This Octoblob code is basically a RNG (Random Number Generator). This version uses JavaScript for the main code. I originally made it in PHP, but for many reasons the JavaScript version just works better.
